Day 0 is open to exhibitors, invitees and paid delegates only. 
The Welcome Ceremony on Day 0 is open to invitees and paid delegates only.

27–29 October 2026 | Days 1–3 
The exhibition is open to all approved attendees.

PAID DELEGATE ACCESS

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

All registrations require: 

  • Passport identification  

  • A recent photo  

Additional document requirements apply to specific attendee groups: 

  • Military and Armed Forces personnel (current or retired) must provide a military ID  

  • Government officials must provide a government ID  

  • Students must provide a valid student ID  

APPROVAL PROCESS

All registrations are subject to DIA vetting before approval. Please allow 2–3 business days for your application to be reviewed and processed.

To avoid delays, have your identification documents and recent photo ready before starting your registration.
