Before arrival
✓ A passport valid for at least six months from arrival.
✓ An approved Nigerian visa, unless exempt. Visit the e-Visa portal.
✓ A yellow fever vaccination certificate, unless exempt.
✓ A completed online Landing Card, where applicable. Complete your Landing Card.
✓ A return or onward flight ticket.
✓ Your hotel booking or host address.
✓ An invitation letter, where applicable.
✓ Any visas or documents required for your transit destinations.
✓ A completed Nigeria Health Declaration Form, where required by current health guidance.
Before departure
✓ A completed online Exit Card, where applicable. Complete your Exit Card.
✓ The documents required for your onward journey, transit stops and return destination.
Confirm the latest requirements with the Nigeria Immigration Service, your airline and the relevant Nigerian embassy or high commission before departure.

Allow extra time for traffic
Traffic in Lagos can significantly affect journey times. During peak periods, please allow 60–90 minutes of additional travel time when planning your journey to AFRIDEX.
Check traffic conditions before setting off and leave enough time to arrive ahead of your first meeting or session.

Getting to AFRIDEX
Travelling by taxi
We recommend travelling by taxi, as parking is limited.
Drop-off: Any taxi service can drop you off inside the venue.
Collection: LagRide is the only taxi service permitted to collect passengers from inside the venue car park. Please plan your return journey accordingly.
Parking
There are 700 parking spaces, available on a first come, first served basis.
Spaces cannot be guaranteed. Please consider taking a taxi and follow the directions of the onsite traffic team when you arrive.

Hotel transfer arrangements are being finalised. Participating hotels, departure times and details of any return services will be published here once confirmed.
